The heritage walk, for instance, he said is a popular place for newly married couples to take photographs as well as for filming purposes. With high visibility and a good location, Mortadha said, shop houses in the commercial centre are great investments. Wazoon Commercial Centre would comprise of four blocks with a total of 39 shop lots priced from RM699,000 per unit. Mortadha said the value of the units are expected to appreciate. According to him, corner lots are over 2,000 square feet, while three shop lots combined for an area of 5,681 square feet would be suitable for a restaurant or supermarket. He said piling on the project would start within the next three months and the project is expected to be completed within two years.
